This is what sets S4 Method apart. Before a single rep of strength, the body is prepared — deliberately, intelligently, head to toe. Two mobility flows open every physical session and scale with you from Level 1 to Level 4.

From capoeira, climbing and a life spent moving, I built a body ready for the adversities life throws without warning. We are more fragile than we like to think. Anything can happen, anywhere, the moment we least expect it.
I've lived through situations that could have taken my life. What carried me through wasn't luck — it was my body and my instinct, trained to react when there was no time to think. And even an ordinary life is full of accidents that preparation could have prevented.
Capoeira and climbing taught me one thing above all: the transition from standing to the ground must be controlled — anytime, anywhere, at any angle. That single skill has protected me for years. My intention is to pass it on — to everyone, from young children to the elderly, with the right progressions, always in service of one purpose: protecting the body, so it carries you through whatever life brings.
This is S4 Method. Movement, practised with awareness, as a form of freedom.
